Cybersizzle Global directors: Gene Andrew and Terence Austin.
Gene Andrew

For most of his life Gene, a Kiwi, has passionately believed that we as a global community could do something to slow or reverse the effects of pollution. During the oil embargo days in the 1970's, Gene designed and fitted one of the first LPG systems into vehicles in New Zealand. He believed this to be an effective way of reducing pollution and helping the environment.
In the early 1980’s Gene tested and sold a Fuel Conditioner that went some way to reducing emissions, but was unable to make an effective impact, as it was not commercially viable back then. Basically it was too expensive and there wasn’t the public concern that there is today.
In the 1990’s, while living in Manila, Gene saw first hand the terrible pollution problems facing the Philippines. This compelled Gene to become a founding member of the Green Philippines Foundation; an organization set up to curb and reverse the shocking pollution problems the Philippines, and surrounding countries had. With Gene witnessing the extent of the problems caused by pollution it only strengthened his belief and determination to find a solution. Gene got out there amongst the people and lead by example. Even contracting and surviving Dingy fever did not sway him in wanting to help. Gene’s love for the people of the Philippines saw no bounds. And through his efforts, programs were implemented to fight the pollution. Because of his kinship and respect they are forever grateful for his help. Seventeen years later some of the plans Gene established are still being used today. Now that’s something to be proud of.
By the late 1990’s Gene was marketing a Fuel Additive product in a pill form, for a New Zealand company. But Gene being Gene, wanted to find a complete solution to vehicle pollution, not just in fuel savings, but the bigger picture of reducing pollution. So he set about to find key players who shared the same dream to help him with his. A phone call to Terence Austin is all it took.

For the past twenty five years Terence has established himself in Auckland as reputable Chef and successful businessman. His skill with food and interacting with people, is well known and he has been in demand for years to cater to the market that included, Judges, Lawyers and government officials. He has taken many run down venues and turned them into successful enterprises. His skill with weddings especially with creating wedding cakes, put a personal edge on his specialized skill. Terence set up and established catering facilities in places such as Law firms, Financial Institutions, Telecom Head Quarters, Ford Motor Company, Government House, Charter Boats. Bringing his business and people skills to Cybersizzle make for a perfect combination.
In early 2006 Gene and Terence set out to find an Engineer and Chemist who also shared in their dream. This is where Barry Barmby with that very criteria comes into the picture. Barry Barmby, has over 40 years experience in the petroleum and oil industries. Barry’s history included time employed with Shell Oil, Gulf Oil, Mobil, BP, Caltex and Ford, to name but a few. Barry incidentally was already working on a vehicle emission solution and it would turn out to be exactly what Gene and Terence were looking for.
In 2000 Barry had designed and patented the world’s first engine flush machines; these machines enabling internal cleaning of an engine which in turns permits engine efficiency to remain at a maximum. Unfortunately the engine flush machines were extremely expensive. Once again whilst the product assisted in minimizing pollution, it lacked the possibility of substantial global impact due to its limited commercial availability to all consumers.
Then in 2005 Barry set out to create a product that would not only make a huge impact on the emission and pollution problem, but also a product that was commercially available to all consumers hence providing the possibility of huge global impact on the pollution issues we all face.
Initial testing of this product in early 2006 by Gene and Terence indicated a positive outcome. Further controlled testing produced awesome results and proved the products’ dramatic effectiveness.
There are many organic and inorganic chemicals and minerals that have been tested over the years. Most by reputable combustion laboratories in various countries. The goal was to improve characteristics of the combustion process. Some have been found to cause engine damage. While others were impractical to use for one reason or another. But the vast majority have been found, under controlled testing, to be completely ineffective at reducing emissions or improving fuel consumption. However there are definitely chemicals and minerals available that do improve combustion and reduce exhaust emissions without damaging the engine. Most of them have drawbacks such as being too hard to handle, or unsafe or unstable. So these products are difficult to use on their own or the effects are only minor, thus making them uneconomical.
In very simplified terms, Barry took a selection of the most tried and proven organic Compounds and chemicals. He tested many hundreds of different combined ratios of the specifically selected components to create the perfect mix. Then he blended them into a semi-solid product that works with the fuel to
1)increase the efficiency of the burn
2)clean the engine
3) dramatically reduce the emissions a vehicle creates.
There are no witch’s wands or magic potions, only tried and proven ingredients. On their own, they have a beneficial effect on combustion in one way or another. Gene and Terence had finally located a product that could potentially have a massive global impact to our worldwide vehicle emission and pollution problem.
Gene and Terence’s perfect criteria for the product were:

* Safe and easy to transport.
* Reduce exhaust emissions.
* Improve fuel economy.
* And was affordable.
The final product more than satisfied all of the criteria; Gene and Terence immediately decided to take the product to the world and work toward our dream of a cleaner environment; and just like a Phoenix from the ashes, Cybersizzle was born.
It is crystal clear that the world we all live in, and collectively are responsible for, faces a huge pollution problem. Most people are looking toward our governments to solve it. We at Cybersizzle believe there are two main options to reduce pollution and help the environment.
1. By legislation; Governments force people to use less fuel or use their vehicles less; possibility by taxing fuels out of affordability or direct legislation
2. Allow the people to share ownership of this Problem, ownership of the Solution and receive the benefits as well.

The use of fossil fuels for transportation is entrenched in our lifestyles, whether we like it or not.
